In no event shall alttextbot.ai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on alttextbot.ai, even if alttextbot.ai or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on alttextbot.ai could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. alttextbot.ai does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. alttextbot.ai may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

6. Credits and Refund Policy

Credits purchased are non-refundable except as follows:

• • Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• • To transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

• • For automated mass downloading without express permission

All content on alttextbot.ai, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of alttextbot.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Generated Alt-Text Ownership: You retain ownership of the images you upload. The alt-text descriptions generated by our service are created for your exclusive use. You have the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated alt-text in connection with your images.

Service IP: All intellectual property rights in the alttextbot.ai service, features, and functionality remain with alttextbot.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Service without our explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall alttextbot.ai, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for high-quality alt-text generation, we do not warrant that all generated descriptions will be perfect or suitable for all contexts. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving generated alt-text before publication.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. alttextbot.ai shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

• • Used Credits: Credits that have been used for alt-text generation are non-refundable.
